First Drill Results and Awarding of Contract to BJ Drilling of Kyrgystan for 20,000 Meter Drill Programme
CAMAR, a gold production and exploration company with assets in Tajikistan, is pleased to announce that the
first exploration core drill-hole from the Aprelevka East area showed results of 44 meters assaying gold at
4.47 grams/tonne Au. The 44 meter intercept included 14 m of 14.00 g/t Au. Assays ranged from 0.008 g/t Au
to as high as 102 g/t Au. The first core hole ended in 0.338 g/t gold mineralization at the 122m mark.
Silver values range from less than 1 g/t Ag to over 100 g/t Ag, the average being approximately 7.5 g/t Ag
over the 44 m.

Notes:
1. the assays were completed by ALX, an accredited lab, located in Kyrgystan; and
2. the core hole intercept was not calculated for true widths at this time.
These results confirm the data in reports from earlier Soviet exploration efforts. CAMAR will continue to
work within the Aprelevka East area and has defined an initial 20,000 meter programme.
CAMAR together with their Tajik Government partners in the Aprelevka Joint Venture has engaged BJ Drilling
Limited, of Bishkek, Kyrgystan, to perform the drilling programme at Aprelevka East. The drilling will
commence within the next two weeks.
Jim Yeager, CAMAR's Exploration Manager onsite at Aprelevka, commented "These initial assay drill results
are very encouraging and we are very pleased to have engaged BJ Drilling Limited for the drill programme as
this will expedite the progress of our exploration efforts."
This Press Release has been reviewed and approved by Robert S. (Steve) Friberg of Reno, Nevada, CAMAR's
consulting geologist and Qualified Person (QP).
