Kaplan International Colleges, a leading provider of English language courses, has passed the 50,000 likes milestone on Facebook.
The number of Facebook fans has risen steadily since Kaplan joined the social network in 2010 and the total has surpassed the 50,000 landmark, partly in thanks to the recent launch of the Scotland Facebook photo competition, which offers a prize of an English course in Edinburgh.
Kaplan launched its Facebook presence in order to reach out to past, current, and potential future students who are interested in studying in English language schools in England, Scotland, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Malta.
Facebook users from all over the globe can engage with Kaplan on Facebook as the international education provider has Facebook Pages in multiple languages, allowing English learners worldwide to communicate and share in their own local language.
