                                          Eighth ATR Aircraft

Avation Plc (AVAP) the aircraft leasing company is pleased to announce that it has taken delivery of a
further  ATR72-600  aircraft to be added to the growing fleet being operated by  Skywest  Airlines  in
Australia.  This is the eighth aircraft to be supplied to Skywest by Avation as part of the Australian
Regional Airline Network (ARAN) agreement.

Commenting  today,  Jeff Chatfield, Chairman of Avation Plc said "The number of aircraft  supplied  to
Skywest  as  part of the ARAN agreement continues to grow and this has a an immediate  impact  on  the
company's  revenues  and profits which increase accordingly. Currently we have a  further  eight  firm
orders for ATR 72-600 aircraft with eight more under option."
