(CNSX:ECS) (the "Company"), a company focused on oil and gas exploration and production in Indonesia, announces that it has issued 2,731,000 common shares to its Chief Executive Officer, Alan W. Morrison at C$0.35 per share - in consideration of C$150,000 of loan repayment, and for past services to the Company, and to its operating subsidiaries in periods since 2010.
Alan W. Morrison now holds 11,000,000 common shares, representing 19.99% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company. An early warning report containing further detail has been filed at sedar.com.
