Eco-Safe Wins Bid at Culinary School in University of Hawaii System

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - April 14, 2009) - Eco-Safe Systems USA, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ESFS) is pleased to announce winning a bid to install multiple Eco-Safe Ozone Disinfection Systems at the Culinary School department in the Kapi`olani branch of the University of Hawaii system.

Motivation for the installation of Eco-Safe's Green Ozone Disinfection Systems is due in part to a state-funded joint study of the University of Hawaii and the Hawaii Department of Education to increase the safety of food served in public schools. Upon installation, the Eco-Safe Disinfection Systems will be evaluated for service in nearly 300 K-12 public schools in Hawaii.

Michael Elliot, President of Eco-Safe, said, "The Culinary School compared the Eco-Safe R-1000 System to other ozone systems being marketed to restaurants, and Eco-Safe came out on top. We have known for some time that the key to marketing success is education, so we are exceptionally pleased to make this placement in the university-level education market. Since Culinary Arts, and Restaurant and Hotel Management programs are offered in most universities, we are gratified to see this success and anticipate further positive results from our new nation-wide marketing campaign in this area. This program will be directed by Dr. Dennis Harp, who has over 30 years experience serving university systems."
