Holzthum is a veteran technology executive within the Enterprise call and contact center market. He brings a broad and diverse background to Echopass, spanning direct and indirect sales and general management experience supporting both international and domestic markets. Karl will be responsible for expanding the growth of the Echopass Channel Partners and Alliances program.
Prior to joining Echopass, Karl was CEO of cloud-based contact center provider Nexxphase. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Channels and Alliances at Genesys Labs, helping drive their aggressive growth. Earlier in his career, Karl held executive positions with companies including Stream International, Teletech Europe and Sun Microsystems. Karl has a B.S. in finance from Susquehanna University.
