EXECUTIVE APPOINTMENT

The  directors of Ace Liberty & Stone Plc ("Ace", the "Company") are pleased to announce that  the  Company
has appointed Kayssar Ghorayeb as Head of Development and a non-executive director with immediate effect.

Kayssar  is  well  placed to use his experience and connections to generate interest in Ace's  UK  property
investment plans. He has graduate and post-graduate degrees from the Universities of London and Chicago  as
well as a career in banking and investment in London, Chicago and Beirut.

There are no other matters which are required to be announced pursuant to Paragraph 18 of Appendix 1 of the
PLUS Markets "Rules for Issuers".
