All  Star  announces  that  on  29  June 2012 Conrad Windham, Chief  Executive  Officer,  acquired
2,000,000  ordinary  shares in the Company at a price of 0.275p per share. As  a  result  of  this
transaction,  Conrad  Windham  is now interested in 17,110,070 ordinary  shares  in  the  Company,
representing 5.59% of the issued share capital.

In aggregate, the Directors are now interested in 17,225,585 ordinary shares representing 5.63% of
the issued share capital.

There are 305,948,320 ordinary shares in issue.
