Mr. Kapoor will be responsible for the overall finance & accounting management team and will be a key contributor in developing the Company's strategic direction. Mr. Henry will be responsible for overseeing the Company's Financial Services and Consumer Financing business. Working closely with top management, Mr. Henry will develop and implement the corporate processes, policies and documentation to facilitate the Company's retail finance initiative.

Mr. Kapoor has over 12 years of experience in public accounting and investment banking. Most recently, as a Senior Vice President at Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd., Mr. Kapoor was responsible for the Canadian telecom, media, entertainment and technology investment banking and principal investing group and gained extensive experience in structuring and executing on investment opportunities. Mr. Kapoor is a CFA Charterholder and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation at Ernst & Young and a Masters of Accounting and Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Waterloo.
Mr. Henry has over 25 years of experience in equipment and real estate financing. As Vice President and Canadian Managing Director, Mr. Henry has led nationally recognized finance divisions for both Textron Financial and CitiCapital Limited. Mr. Henry is also involved with the BMO Institute for Learning in Toronto and Chicago and a number of Ontario Colleges where he lectures extensively in Accounting, Finance and Commercial Credit. Mr. Henry has a Charted Accountant designation and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Toronto.
