LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM--(Marketwire - July 3, 2012) - David Lloyd Leisure has launched an exclusive online member rewards scheme to acknowledge the loyalty of those who have retained their membership for more than two years.
DL Rewards, which has been introduced in response to feedback from members, features unique membership cards offering discounts on the clubs' DL Cafébar food and beverages as well as free guest passes - both of which increase based on the length of continuous membership.
There are 3 tiers to the scheme, starting at completion of two, four and six years of continuous gym membership. Rewards comprise:
- DL Rewards Bronze card - 3 per cent off at DL Cafébar plus two guest passes (over 2 years)
- DL Rewards Silver card - 5 per cent off at DL Cafébar plus four guest passes (over 4 years)
- DL Rewards Gold card - 7 per cent off at DL Cafébar plus six guest passes (over 6 years)
Huw Davies-Thomas, head of Marketing Communications at David Lloyd Leisure, commented: "DL Rewards is our way of saying thank you to our highly-valued members for their loyalty. We are truly grateful for their trust and commitment, and our success depends on the focus we put on their needs, desire to help them get the most from their membership, and their wellbeing.
"This exclusive loyalty scheme is a great way to remind them that they are valued every time they come into our clubs to enjoy our facilities, services and expertise, and relax at their DL Cafébar or bring a guest along to share the experience."
The scheme, which launched on June 25, is available at the majority of David Lloyd Leisure's 80 UK clubs.
