CUPE BC Secretary-Treasurer Mark Hancock will also join Moist.

The 19 members of CUPE 4964 have been locked out since February 4 - management at the course continues to refuse to return to the bargaining table despite numerous invitations from the union. The workers' last contract expired on September 30, 2011.
