WASHINGTON, DC--(Marketwire - Jun 6, 2012) - Cuneo Gilbert & LaDuca, LLP and Liddle & Robinson, LLP today announced that a class action has been commenced in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida on behalf of purchasers of the securities of DJSP Enterprises, Inc. during the period from February 16, 2010 through November 15, 2010, inclusive (the "Class Period") and were damaged thereby (the "Class").
The Complaint charges DJSP and two former officers with violations of the Exchange Act. The Complaints allege that, throughout the Class Period, the defendants made material misrepresentations and failed to disclose material adverse facts about the Company's true financial condition, business and prospects. Specifically, the Complaint alleges that defendants caused the Company made material misrepresentations and omissions, in early 2010, concerning the Company's financial results, and, at all times during the Class Period, concerning the foreclosure practices of the Company and an affiliated law firm. The Complaint alleges that, after improper foreclosure practices employed by the Company and the law firm became public in late 2010, the Company's business collapsed.
