TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - April 4, 2012) - Constellation Software Inc. ("Constellation") (TSX:CSU) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Gary Jonas Computing Ltd. ("Jonas"), has completed the acquisition of Kestral Computing Pty Ltd. ("Kestral"), a leading provider of software to the Radiology and Laboratory information systems industry in Australia, New Zealand and parts of Asia. Further details of the transaction were disclosed in a press release on March 30, 2012, at which time Jonas entered into a purchase agreement to acquire Kestral.
