HORSHAM, PA--(Marketwire - Jul 19, 2012) - Expert Global Solutions, the holding company for two global leaders in business process outsourcing (NCO Financial Systems, which specializes in Accounts Receivable Management, and APAC Customer Services, which concentrates on Customer Relationship Management), announced today that Rainerio "Bong" Borja will serve as its President in the Philippines.
Mr. Borja joins the company with over 25 years of experience managing large-scale customer service, IT support and consulting organizations within the Asia / Pacific region. Most recently, Mr. Borja served as President of Aegis People Support, where he was responsible for the strategic and corporate development programs and, previously, headed and significantly expanded their operations in the Philippines. Prior to Aegis People Support, Mr. Borja held senior leadership positions at Epicor, Danka and Unisys Australia.
Mr. Borja is a founder of the Business Processing Association of the Philippines (BPA/P), the umbrella organization of BPO, contact center and IT-enabled services companies in the country, and was its Chairman for five years. He is on the board of the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP) and a member of the US-Asean Business Council and the Makati Business Development Council (MBDC).
Mr. Borja holds a Bachelor of Science degree in commerce from the De La Salle University, Manila, Philippines.
In his new role, which he will assume on July 23, Mr. Borja will manage all aspects of operations in the Philippines, playing a key leadership role in the local community, with clients and for employees. He will be based in Manila.
