MAGOG, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - July 17, 2012) - From July 28 to August 5, come visit the workshops of the region's best artists and craftspeople during the 19th Annual Circuit des arts Memphrémagog. You'll meet lots of fascinating people all the while enjoying the breathtaking vistas offered by the Memphrémagog region in the Eastern Townships.
Every day of the 9-days long event, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., our 35 artists and craftspeople will open the doors to their workshops where you can discover their latest works. Painting, watercolor, mixed media, photography, sculpture, woodwork, ceramic, jewelry making, stained glass and textile are some of the many techniques used by our members.
An All-New Venue for the Group Show
Our 19th annual Group Show will be held in Magog City's all-new Centre d'arts visuels. "This new larger venue offers better lighting and is best suited for the need of the artists. Also, its location in down town Magog makes it more accessible to the visitors. A visit to the Group Show will give you a taste of what each artist does, helping you to plan your route according to your preferences. The new Centre d'arts visuels is located at 61 Merry Street North, in the very heart of Magog.
