GATINEAU, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Sept. 24, 2012) - Public Works and Government Services Canada wishes to advise motorists of a lane reduction on the Chaudière Crossing on Tuesday, September 25 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

During that time, the north-bound lane to Gatineau will be closed.

Pedestrians will not be affected by the lane reduction, but cyclists will be required to walk their bikes on the sidewalk through the construction zone.

The reduction is necessary to conduct general maintenance on the crossing.

The schedule may change due to weather conditions.

Public Works and Government Services Canada encourages users to exercise caution when travelling in the construction zone and thanks them for their patience.
