FARGO, ND--(Marketwire - Aug 16, 2012) - Casino Enterprise Management magazine, the leading gaming industry trade publication, is pleased to announce the winners of its new award series, the 2012 Top in Ops Awards. These awards are meant to honor and recognize the leaders in slots and table games around the world.
To qualify for the awards, the individual must have been nominated by someone who worked with him or her within a casino operator setting and have been in the gaming industry for a minimum of three years and in his or her current position for at least one year. They also must hold a management position in the gaming operations area, having demonstrated exceptional achievement in at least three of the following areas: 1) ability to go above and beyond job responsibilities; 2) commitment to company and co-workers; 3) contributions to the industry as a whole; 4) commitment to mentoring; and 5) strong overall life balance.
The 2012 Top in Ops Award Winners are:

- Buddy Frank, Vice President of Slot Operations, Pechanga Resort & Casino
- Frank Neborsky, Vice President of Slot Operations, Mohegan Sun
- Wendy Reeve, Director of Casino Operations, Sycuan Casino
The judging committee was made up of executives from some of the biggest and best gaming suppliers. They included: Rob Bone, senior VP of sales and marketing, WMS Gaming; Roger Hawkins, CEO - Americas, TCSJOHNHUXLEY; Gavin Isaacs, CEO, Shuffle Master Inc.; Bruce Rowe, senior VP of strategy and customer consulting, Bally Technologies; and Steve Walther, VP of marketing, Aruze Gaming.
