Caribou Engages Geologist Steven Lauzier for Exploration at Calumet Graphite Project

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - July 19, 2013) - CARIBOU KING RESOURCES LTD. ("Caribou" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CKR)(FRANKFURT:CB8) is pleased to announce that it has engaged geologist Steven Lauzier, P.GEO. OGQ#1430, and his company SL Exploration Inc. to conduct geologic mapping and prospecting at its Calumet Graphite project, located 80 kilometers west of Montreal, Quebec. Mr. Lauzier recently completed exploration on the historic Miller Graphite Mine, that is being explored by Canada Carbon Inc. (TSX VENTURE:CCB), and adjoins the Calumet project on the east and north. Recently, Canada Carbon announced the identification of seventeen (17) new conductive anomalies on their project (see Canada Carbon news release, June 17, 2013) and also announced metallurgical test results on graphite veins with up to 99.2% Cg in a concentrate in preliminary tests (see Canada Carbon news release, July 18, 2013).

Michael England, CEO of Caribou King Resources states: "We are extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to engage Mr. Lauzier to conduct exploration on our Calumet project. Steven's exploration success on the Miller property speaks highly of his experience and expertise for graphite exploration. We look forward with great anticipation to his findings on our Calumet property."

Mr. Lauzier comments: "The Calumet property held by Caribou shares a similar lithology with the Miller Mine and is highly prospective for the large flake graphite mineralization similar to that at the adjacent Miller Mine. Many areas of particular interest have been marked out and will be worked on in the following week. Exploration at Calumet will include mapping of outcrops concurrent with conducting Beepmat 4+ surveys. The Beepmat was very effective at mapping known exposures of graphite beneath feet of overburden at the Miller property, and a similar response is expected at Calumet."

About Calumet Graphite Property

The Calumet property is situated approximately 96 km west of Montreal. The property is located between the historic Calumet Graphite Mine (460 m to the southwest) and Miller Graphite Mine (790 m to the east). The latter is now being explored by Canada Carbon. Graphite veins can be found in crystalline marbleized limestone associated with granitic and gneissic rocks.
