Canadian Phoenix Resources Corp. (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:CXP) is pleased to announce that it has completed its previously announced name change and consolidation.
The Corporation's name has been changed to "Knol Resources Corp." and the trading of its class A common shares (the "Common Shares") will continue on the TSX Venture Exchange under the new symbol "NOL". Additionally, the Common Shares were consolidated on the basis of one new Common Share for ten existing Common Shares.
The consolidation and name change were approved by the shareholders at a special meeting of shareholders held on December 13, 2012.
