VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLOMBIA--(Marketwire - Nov. 13, 2012) - The Honourable Lisa Raitt, Canada's Labour Minister, spoke with members of the Vancouver Board of Trade regarding a number of workplace issues, including mental health, work-life balance and gender equality.
