Award in Media & Entertainment Category Recognizes Sacerdoti's Leadership and Vision During Digital Video Advertising's Rapid Growth

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwire - Jun 22, 2011) - BrightRoll, the leading provider of digital video advertising services, announced its CEO and co-founder, Tod Sacerdoti, won the Stevie Award for Executive of the Year in the Media & Entertainment category in The 2011 American Business Awards Monday night.

The awards were presented during ceremonies at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City. The ceremonies were hosted by Cheryl Casone of Fox Business Network and broadcast nationwide on radio by the Business TalkRadio Network. More than 200 executives across the country participated in the judging process to determine the Finalists and Stevie Award winners.

Stevie Awards were presented in more than 40 categories including Best Overall Company of the Year, Executive of the Year and Best New Product of the Year. More than 2,800 entries from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted for consideration.

"I am honored to accept the Stevie Award for Executive of the Year on behalf of all BrightRollers across our 11 offices worldwide," said Sacerdoti. "This award is a reflection of our collective accomplishments and is a significant recognition of the strength of the company that we've built together. This is an exciting time to be in digital video advertising, and I'm eager for BrightRoll to continue to lead the industry forward."

The Stevie Awards recognize BrightRoll's leadership in the industry. Success in the evolving world of video advertising comes through empowering advertisers and publishers with the tools and resources needed to achieve their digital video goals. To that end, Sacerdoti has led BrightRoll to introduce several industry innovations, most significantly The BrightRoll Exchange (BRX), the industry's first auction-based digital video marketplace, providing advertisers and publishers with access to the largest pool of video ad inventory available.

At its highest level, BRX facilitates the continued flow of ad dollars from traditional media to the Internet. In addition to Sacerdoti's recognition for Executive of the Year, BRX was named a finalist for Business Innovation of the Year in the Other Services category.
