Bri-Chem Corp. ("Bri-Chem" or "Company") (TSX:BRY), a leading North American wholesale distributor and manufacturer of oil and gas drilling fluids and steel pipe is pleased to announce that all the nominees listed in the Management Information Circular dated May 9, 2014 were elected as directors of the Company at its annual general meeting held on June 10, 2014.
