Botaneco to Commence Trading on the TSX Venture Exchange


QUEBEC CITY, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Oct. 13, 2011) - Botaneco Corp., formerly known as Advitech Inc. ("the "Corporation"), is pleased to announce that it has received final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange with respect to the previously announced merger transaction with Natunola Health Biosciences Inc. ("Natunola"), consolidation of its issued and outstanding common shares (the "Consolidation") on the basis of four pre-Consolidation shares for every one post-Consolidation share and change of its name from "Advitech Inc." to "Botaneco Corp." The common shares of the Corporation will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange at the opening of trading on October 14, 2011 under the "BOT" symbol. The Natunola common shares have been delisted from the TSX-V at the close of trading on October 13, 2011 and Natunola will continue its activities as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Corporation.
