CAMAR  announces that Peter Zihlmann has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company  in  order  to
focus  on  his  other  business interests. Mr. Zihlmann remains interested in  2,291,667  Ordinary  Shares,
representing 13.72 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital of 16,705,713 Ordinary Shares,  and  has
indicated to CAMAR that he intends to continue to support  the Company.

Following  Mr. Zihlmann's resignation, the Directors of CAMAR are interested in 8,829,073 Ordinary  Shares,
representing 52.85 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

The Directors of CAMAR are responsible for the contents of this announcement.
