(Kwick Acquiring & Retention Enterprise Solution) CRM (customer relationship management) solution from Aumtech. K.A.R.E.S. is designed specifically for ISOs and MSPs (merchant service providers) as either a full-service or scalable ERP (enterprise resource planning) solution.
The K.A.R.E.S. solution combines merchant portfolio information with a customized business workflow that allows sales agents to submit merchant applications online and track the boarding process from the sale all the way through underwriting, risk management, deployment and customer service -- all from within one web-based application. The K.A.R.E.S. integrated suite is designed to grow with businesses. The modular software design can be easily integrated into an existing CRM system. Aumtech offers K.A.R.E.S. through either a software license or as a software as a service (SaaS) business model. GETI will coordinate with partner ISOs to facilitate the simple integration of the solution into their existing workflow.
