The agreement will see eircom provide sales, customer service and technical support for Aspect's complete range of unified communications for the contact center applications that are powered by the Aspect® Unified IP® and Workforce Optimization platform products. eircom will support existing Aspect clients as well as carry Aspect's platform products and applications in its sales portfolio across Ireland.
