hosting a technical luncheon seminar in San Francisco, CA, USA, on
Wednesday,
December 12, 2012, the last day of the International Electron Devices
Meeting
(IEDM).
The seminar will address the latest equipment and process innovations that
help
enable high-k and metal gate in FinFET's, including advanced Atomic Layer
Deposition (ALD) processes.
