                                          Appointment of Directors
                                                      
CAP  Energy  Limited, a company listed on the ISDX Growth Market focused on upstream oil and gas exploration
in  sub-Saharan Africa, is pleased to announce the  appointment of Mr. Pierantonio Tassini as  an  executive
director  of  the Company and Mr. Alexander Haly as a non-executive director of the Company  with  immediate
effect.

Mr.  Tassini, who joined the Company as Chief Operating Officer, is a petroleum engineer who has  had  a  42
year  career  with ENI S.p.A., a leading integrated energy company. During his career with ENI, Mr.  Tassini
has  held  a  variety  of positions, including, since 1996, senior commercial and technical  roles  in  West
Africa, both in the management of upstream activities and representing ENI's interests at shareholder  level
in several large scale LNG projects.

Commenting  on  Mr.  Tassini's appointment as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Executive Officer  Lina  Haidar
said:  "We are delighted to welcome Pierantonio to the Company and look forward to having his expertise  and
advice in the board room, especially as we develop our operations in sub-Saharan Africa."

"Mr.  Haly,  who  joined  the Company as a Non-executive Director, is a Director of  Petroserve  Holding  BV
("Petro"),  which provides and manages offshore support vessels to the oil and gas industry.  Mr.  Haly  has
been  CEO  of Petro since 2006. Petro operates predominantly throughout the West African coast where  it  is
present in several countries."

Commenting  on Mr. Haly's appointment, Lina Haidar said: "Alexander's experience and regional contacts  give
the  Company access to invaluable market information about the West African offshore oil industry,  allowing
us to be better informed when making strategic decisions."

Mr.  Tassini  does  not  currently hold any Ordinary Shares. Mr. Haly is interested in  12,000,000  Ordinary
Shares, representing 20.08% of the Company's current issued share capital of 59,759,867 Ordinary Shares. Mr.
Haly  and Ms. Haidar are also shareholders in Global Energy Trade Limited, which is interested in 30,000,000
Ordinary Shares, representing 50.20% of the Company's issued share capital.
