                                        Appointment of Director

All Star (PLUS: ASMO), the PLUS-quoted natural resource exploration and investment company, is pleased
to  announce the appointment of Mr. James Lee Featherstone as a Non-Executive Director of the  Company
with immediate effect.

A  former  professional  footballer  with Blackburn Rovers' 94/95 Premier  League  winning  squad,  Mr
Featherstone's  career  was cut short by injury, which led to him commencing a  career  in  investment
banking  with Anglo Irish Bank, and latterly with Investec. In 2009, Mr Featherstone left his position
as Head of Treasury with Investec to form OmniSports Management Ltd, which represents a growing number
of sports professionals, including Premier League, Championship, and top-flight European footballers.

Mr Featherstone is a Football Association Licenced Football Agent, holds controlled functions with the
Financial  Services Authority (CF29 and CF30), is active in the areas of Finance and Asset  Management
specifically in sport and in mining and exploration.
