350 New Roles to Support Major Healthcare and Retail Clients


BANNOCKBURN, IL--(Marketwired - Jul 17, 2013) - APAC Customer Services, Inc., a leader in global customer care outsourced services and solutions, announced today that it will add over 350 jobs in its Phoenix, Arizona service center, effective immediately. The 350 total jobs will be divided to support two major clients -- reflecting APAC Customer Services' continued growth in the retail business and healthcare industry. 200 roles will support one of the country's largest and fastest-growing coordinated care plans whose primary focus is Medicare Advantage plans. The additional 150 jobs will service a major retailer of consumer electronics.

Specifically for the roles supporting the healthcare client, the immediate openings are for licensed insurance agents to support the upcoming open enrollment season through sales and service initiatives via phone and e-mail channels. Interested candidates must hold a Life and Health license.
