ST. PETERSBURG, FL--(Marketwire - Oct 3, 2012) - Andiamo Corporation (PINKSHEETS: ANDI) has completed the purchase of Digispace, an Inc. 500 award winning company. This company was founded in 2002 and ranked on the prestigious Inc. 500 list in 2010 and in the top 800 in 2011.
Digispace is best known for its launch of the Magic Bullet System in 2010 and a second release in 2011. The initial Magic Bullet System grossed over $5.1 million in sales in just about 48 hours. The second release, in 2011 produced an additional $3.3 million in sales.
"Combining the best parts of Digispace and MBS will create a new launch product that will be the leader in the industry. Our programmers are already making good progress. We will be announcing a conference call, to provide further details.
"There are around 3000 previous clients of MBS that should embrace this new monthly subscription platform. Additionally, we have acquired the prospect list of approximately 20,000 registrants from the initial MBS launches. We feel that by changing this to a monthly subscription, we will be able to capture a much higher number than when the product was priced at a one time fee of nearly $3000. MBS has had success in over 50 countries, which further enhances our international vision.

Through this acquisition, none of the previously publicly disclosed Digispace debt was assumed by Andiamo.
