appointment of Ted Gauld as its new Vice President of Product Management
and Marketing. With nearly 20 years of senior level product management and
marketing experience under his belt, Gauld is uniquely positioned to take
Adapx to the next level by expanding the Capturx product line, developing
and driving a profitable channel program, and increasing marketing
initiatives targeted towards enterprises and government agencies.

Most recently, Gauld served as the vice president of marketing for
TrueContext Corporation where he led the marketing and product management
in the mobile forms industry. Prior to TrueContext, Gauld held various
product planning and product management positions during his tenure at
Microsoft. In these roles, he gained valuable expertise bringing products
to market -- from strategy and messaging to the development of strategic
partnerships and licensing deals for prominent business groups. Gauld
received his MBA in International Business from the Columbia Business
School, where he was also a member of the Honor Society and on the Dean's
List. Gauld completed his undergraduate work at Duke University.
