AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwire - November 13, 2009) - Z'Tejas, known for its fresh, flavorful and innovative menu, today announced its Third Annual Operation Turkey Day. Approximately 2,000 soldiers and their families from the 4th Combat Aviation Brigade (CAB) are expected to attend.

On hand will be representatives from the U.S. Army, Congressman John Carter (TX-31), whose congressional district encompasses Fort Hood and Z'Tejas management and staff.

At the Army's request, soldiers and their families will enjoy a signature Z'Tejas meal, giving them an opportunity to enjoy a celebrated Austin-style dining experience on Fort Hood.
