York Telecom Announces New CFO and Board Members
Additions Bring Strategic Financial Background to the Company
EATONTOWN, NJ--(Marketwire - September 10, 2008) - York Telecom, a leading worldwide provider of
visual communications services and solutions, today announced that Robert
Harris has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Harris brings
with him 35 years of operations-focused financial experience at private
start-up businesses as well as larger established companies.

Previously Mr. Harris served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, as
well as Corporate Secretary, of LSSi Corp., an international business to
business marketer of worldwide telephony sourced databases. At LSSi, he
directed the finance and administrative functions and board of director
administration. He received a BS in Economics from Manhattan College and an
MBA in Finance from Columbia University.

In addition to a new CFO, York Telecom announced the addition of two new
board members, Lewis Jaffe and Andrew Panzo. York Telecom's board is
comprised of highly skilled and participative board members striving for

Lewis Jaffe holds over twenty years' career experience in revitalizing
companies in a variety of industries, including telecommunications,
healthcare, manufacturing and the internet. Currently Lew is the CEO of
Lynch Ambulance, one of Southern California's largest medical
transportation companies. In April 2002, Lewis was asked to step in and
take an interim management role with WireOne Technologies, where he served
as President and Vice Chairman of the board. Prior to WireOne in June of
2000, he was drafted by PictureTel Corporation to develop a turnaround plan
and lead the Company back to profitability. He also engineered the sale of
PictureTel to Polycom during his tenure he served as the company's
President and Chief Operating Officer. Lew is an ISS certified board
member and sits on the board of Benihana.
Andrew Panzo is a General Partner of NewSpring Mezzanine with nearly twenty
years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, and operational
management. Most recently, he was Chairman and CEO of Stonepath Group, a
publicly traded, third-party logistics company. As CEO, he was responsible
for raising $75 million to execute a strategic consolidation of the
non-asset based logistics industry.
