Worldwide Food Services (WFSV) Selects New Office Site
BORDENTOWN, NJ--(Marketwire - February 1, 2010) - WORLDWIDE FOOD SERVICES, INC. (Worldwide
Food Services) (PINKSHEETS: WFSV) has selected Little Falls, New Jersey as
its new office site. The 3 South Grey Rock Avenue, Little Falls, NJ,
office is also the location of Rainbow Foods LLC, the Company's Joint
Venture partner in the storage, assembly and distribution of MRE's (Meals
Ready to Eat).
Rainbow Foods has been the storage facility for Worldwide Food Services'
supplies for MRE's since July of 2009; therefore, the Company decided to
designate the Little Falls location for its east coast offices. A video of
the Rainbow Foods facility is available on the Company website. The
Bordentown, NJ address will continue to be the mailing and correspondence
location for Worldwide Food Services.
Worldwide Food Services, Inc. is 100% Debt-Free. The Company owes no
