Worldwide Food Services (WFSV) Expands Non-Food Opportunities
BORDENTOWN, NJ--(Marketwire - August 24, 2010) - WORLDWIDE FOOD SERVICES, INC. (Worldwide Food Services) (PINKSHEETS: WFSV) announced today a plan to build on its Veteran, National Blind Enterprises Co-op, and government penetration with a non-food product line. The Company's initial concentration on food created high potential for shelf space in targeted customer bases with non-food items. Vending machines, 'Mini-Dollar Stores,' VA retail stores, and commissaries and exchanges all represent expanded revenue and profit opportunities. Initial talks with companies distributing non-food items have begun with the first acquisition/joint venture expected by mid-September, 2010.
