BORDENTOWN, NJ--(Marketwire - January 8, 2010) - WORLDWIDE FOOD SERVICES, INC. (Worldwide

contracts and school support programs, the Company believes its product
line and pricing provides a favorable opportunity to increase business in
this market. In addition to Military Services, the federal and state prison population
creates another broad purchasing demand system.

The ability of the Company's commodity group to procure the volumes of
