Worldwide Food Services (WFSV) Announces Northeast Sales Initiative
BORDENTOWN, NJ--(Marketwire - December 17, 2009) - WORLDWIDE FOOD SERVICES, INC. (Worldwide
Food Services) (PINKSHEETS: WFSV) will form a special sales unit in late
December 2009 to concentrate on various market segments in the Northeast,
including prisons, military bases, major food distributors and national
headquarter accounts.
The objective is to test a regional concentration of marketing, sales, and
distribution to determine the effects on volume and margins. The
efficiencies generated by logistical support in one area, volume increases,
and lower sales expense will dramatically affect the bottom line.
The new sales unit will begin the planning phase early January 2010 with
implementation during the first quarter of 2010.
