WENR Corp. Announces Letter of Intent to Acquire Airship Surveillance
LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - April 24, 2008) - WENR Corp. (PINKSHEETS: WNRC), strategic
marketing partner of Airship Surveillance, is pleased to announce that it
has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire Airship Surveillance, Inc. The
Company expects to close after due diligence is completed. Terms were not
disclosed.
