PARRY SOUND, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - July 23, 2008) - On behalf of the Honourable Greg Thompson, Minister of Veterans Affairs, the Honourable Tony Clement, Minister of Health and Member of Parliament for Parry Sound-Muskoka, will be at The Royal Canadian Legion Branch #117 (Parry Sound) on July 24, 2008, to announce funding to the local branch. The funds, provided through Veterans Affairs Canada's Cenotaph/Monument Restoration Program, will be used to help restore and conserve the Market Square Park Cenotaph in Parry Sound, Ontario.
