Vestas Secures Three Wind Turbine Contracts, an Industrial Info News Alert

GALWAY, IRELAND--(Marketwire - July 19, 2010) - Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CPH: VWS) (Randers, Denmark), the world's largest manufacturer of wind turbines, has secured three European wind contracts with a combined generating capacity of 126 megawatts. The contracts will supply windfarms on the Swedish island of Gotland, as well as windfarms in Italy and Germany.
