Ulysses Holding Corp. Today Announced That It Has Fully Executed the Contracts to Acquire SecureNetView and Sets Closing Date for Monday, April 7, 2008

JACKSONVILLE, NY--(Marketwire - April 3, 2008) - Ulysses Holding Corp. (PINKSHEETS: UHCR) today announced that all contracts to acquire SecureNetView have now been fully executed; the company will formally close and take possession of SecureNetView Monday, April 7, 2008.

The entire terms and conditions will be released Monday upon the completed (formal) closing.
