Ulysses Diversified Holdings Corporation Completes Distribution of Shares to SecureNetView Shareholders

JACKSONVILLE, NY--(Marketwire - December 15, 2008) - Ulysses Diversified Holdings Corporation (PINKSHEETS: UDHC) announced today that it has completed the distribution of 44,888,834 Restricted Shares (for one year) per the acquisition agreement.

SecureNetView was acquired by Ulysses in a five for one share exchange; with the addition of SecureNetView's 712 shareholders the Company now has a shareholder base of approximately 1000.
