U Mining Resources, Inc. Announces Nomination of New Members to the Board of Directors
NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - December 3, 2008) - U Mining Resources, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: UMNG) --
After yesterday's nomination of the company's new President and CEO, the
company continues to restructure the Board of Directors. Marie-Êve Bilodeau
has been nominated as U Mining's new Secretary and Maria Spiliopolous has
been nominated as Vice President of Mining Operations at the office in
Guinea. Between the company and the Government of Guinea will be Her
Excellence Hadja Fanta Toya Conde and lastly the new Corporate Attorney in
Conakry will be Sekou Koundiano ESQ.
Second, U Mining Resources, Inc. shall be taking a new direction, the
company has been dormant long enough. The company is to be opening a new
Head Office in Canada and will be responsible for all administrative
duties. The company will also be opening a new office in Conakry that will
be the head of overseeing all mining operations.
U Mining Resources, Inc. shall also be filing for a name change in the
following days as it is changing their profile. A new company website shall
also be available very shortly.
