SRA Announces Update on Filing Financial Statements and MD&A and AIF

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Oct. 1, 2009) - Strategic Resource Acquisition Corporation ("SRA" or the "Company") (NEX:SRZ.H) announces that further to it's press release issued on September 16^th, 2009 that on September 18^th, 2009 SRA filed its annual audited Financial Statements and Management's Discussion and Analysis. In addition on September 23^rd, 2009 and September 30^th, 2009 SRA respectively filed their unaudited Interim Financial Statements and Management's Discussion & Analysis for the first quarter ended December 31^st, 2008 and for the second quarter ended March 31^st, 2009.

SRA plans to file its Annual Information Form for the fiscal year ended September 30^th, 2008 and its unaudited Interim Financial Statements and Management's Discussion and Analysis for the third quarter ended June 30^th, 2009 in the next two weeks, after which it should be compliant with its continuous disclosure requirements.
