appointment of Joseph Heng as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
Mr. Heng is a Chartered Accountant and has over 36 years of industry
experience in public accounting. He received his Chartered Accountant
designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario in 1973.
