Small Ventures USA, LP Announces Purchases of Shares of Western Lithium Canada Corporation

HOUSTON, TEXAS--(Marketwire - Feb. 11, 2009) - Small Ventures USA, LP ("Small Ventures") announced today that it has acquired 5,122,198.00 common shares of Western Lithium Canada Corporation ("WLC"), through the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange, at an average cost of US $0.45 per common share, which represents approximately 10.0% of the issued and outstanding common shares of WLC as at February 10, 2009.
