Statement re unauthorised overseas firm targeting shareholders

The  Directors  of  SIM4Travel  Holdings plc (the "Company") have been made  aware  of  shareholders  being
contacted by Worthington Financial who are offering to buy shares in the Company.

The  Directors  have  discovered  that Worthington Financial Group, which  they  believe  to  be  the  same
organisation  as the aforementioned, are on the Financial Services Authority's ("FSA") list of unauthorised
overseas firms known to be, or to have been, targeting UK investors. Investors should be aware that if they
put  their money with unauthorised firms they will not get the benefit of the UK compensation and complaint
schemes.

The Company advises shareholders to only buy and sell shares through UK FSA registered brokers.

The Directors of the Issuer accept responsibility for this announcement.
