Silver Falcon Mining, Inc. (SFMI) Updates Construction Status of Melba, Id. Mill and Its US SEC Registration Application
MELBA, ID--(Marketwire - April 30, 2009) - Silver Falcon Mining, Inc. (
During the week of April 20, 2009, SFMI's management met with a number of its professional trades at its mill location in Melba, Idaho. The mill conversion construction, from that of a potato processing plant, continues to move forward at a quickened pace. The Company's employees overlooking this construction process have been able to rectify numerous building issues. Management feels that the mill will be operational upon final city inspectors' approvals.
The Company's auditors met with management at the mill, the Sinker Tunnel and other sites atop WAR EAGLE MOUNTAIN. The auditor has been able to verify key components necessary to complete the audit requirements outlined within the 1934 Act registration. Plant, property and equipment values have been validated. The auditors' now finalize accounting entries of its financial "Acid-Test." Once completed, SFMI will have audited and reviewed financial statements for periods ending December 31, 2008 and March 31, 2009.
Pierre Quillam, CEO, states, "This has been an arduous process getting the mill and registration completed. After numerous delays on both fronts, the mill and registration issues are almost behind us. The remaining months of 2009 should prove themselves to be a Company focused on cash generation from the sale of gold/silver concentrates from its milling activities and on those activities relating to on-going geological, drilling, and mining plans throughout WAR EAGLE MOUNTAIN."
The Company appreciates its shareholder support as SFMI overcomes the construction delay at its mill and the complications that arose during the financial audit. Shareholders need to be reminded that the mill circuit, which contain numerous components, has been paid for 100% and will be fully operational within the mill once the retro-build out finalizes.
