Silver Falcon Mining, Inc. (SFMI) Moves Towards Bulletin Board Listing
MURPHY, ID--(Marketwire - October 20, 2009) - Silver Falcon Mining, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SFMI)
updates its shareholders regarding the Company's move to the Bulletin
Board. The Company registration statement under the 1934 Exchange Act
became effective October 15, 2009. SFMI has instructed its market maker to
begin the process of filing the necessary documents with FINRA to obtain clearance to move to the
OVER THE COUNTER BULLETIN BOARD
(OTCBB).
Upon FINRA's acceptance of the application under
Rule 15c-211, SFMI will be listed on the OTCBB. The Company will
continue to post reviewed quarterly and audited year end filings on the US SEC EDGAR system as required under the
1934 Exchange Act.
Pierre Quillam, CEO, states, "A move to the Bulletin Board is an exciting
event as the Company launches itself towards a bright future and gives all
shareholders a fully transparent view of the Company's operations. At this
juncture SFMI remains a full-reporting company. Once on the OTCBB, SFMI can
then petition for listings on more recognized domestic and international
stock exchanges that have a focus on public mining companies."
The Company further reports that construction work on its Diamond Creek
Mill facility, located at the base of War Eagle Mountain, Idaho, continues
to move expeditiously with expectations of its onsite camera installation
online before the end of this month.
